SITE MANAGER (SM)
Qualifications:

• Male with max aged 30-40 years
• S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Experienced in these positions in the field of Building Projects at least 3 years
• Has Certificate PMI / IAMPI
• Fluent in English active and operate computer (Ms. Office)
• Ready to be placed anywhere

FINANCE (FN)
Requirements:

• Male / Female, age maximum 27 years
• D3 / S1 Accounting / Management from reputable university with GPA High 3:00
• Preferred experienced on the job at least 3 years
• Fluent in English active and operate a computer (MS.Office)

SUPERVISOR (SPV)
Requirements:

• Male maximum age 33 yrs
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-rise Building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / Ketenaagaan / Hydro Power / Thermal least 3 years
• Fluent in English active and operate a computer (MS.Office)

SITE ENGINEER (SE)
Requirements:

• Male maximum age 33 yrs
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-rise Building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / Ketenaagaan / Hydro Power / Thermal least 3 years
• Fluent in English active and operate a computer (MS.Office, MS Project)
• Ready to be placed anywhere

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Qualifications:

• Men aged 50 years maximum
• S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Experience building dibangunan min 7 l / min high-risk building 5 years
• Can work together in teams
• able to speak English actively and operate computer (MS.Office, MS Project)
• Ready to be placed anywhere

SURVEYOR (SVR)
Requirements:

• Male age max 30 yrs
• Building STM / SMA IPA / D3 Civil Engineering
• Being able to use the Measure Tool and the Water Pass Theodosit (certificate)
• Experience in high rise building projects in their fields at least 3 years
• Mastering the English passive (preferably active)
• Ready to be placed anywhere

DRAFTER (DFR)
Requirements:

• Male age max 30 yrs
• Bagunan STM / D3-Civil Engineering
• Able to operate AutoCad program (certificate)
• Experience in high rise building projects in their field Minimum 3 yrs
• Mastering the English passive (preferably active)

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Requirements:

• Male age max 30 yrs
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA High 2.75
• Design and construction experience count, volume, price-rise building Building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce of at least 3 years
• Mastering Standard Contract (FIDIC, JCT, ICE) and the laws of Construction Services
• Fluent in English active and operate a computer (Ms.Office)

ESTIMATOR (EST)
Requirements:

• Male age max 30 yrs
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA High 2.75
• Experience calculating the budget for the tender Storey Building / Road & Bridge / Pier / Irrigation / workforce of at least 5 years
• Mastering Standard Contract (FIDIC, JCT, IOE) and the Law Construction Services
• Fluent in English active and operate a computer (Ms.Office)

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER (HSO)
Requirements:

• Male age max 30 yrs
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable universities with minimum GPA High 2.75
• Preferred experienced on the job at least 3 years
• Having a field expert Certificates Health and Safety Project / Construction
• Fluent in English active and operate a computer (MS.Office)
• Ready to be placed anywhere
