<p><strong>AGM MINES – DAWAS &amp; MUARADUA</strong></p>
<p>Should be a graduate in Mining Engineering &amp; passed three mining examinations with 15 years experience in open cast coal mines, designing&amp; execution of 3-5 MT capacity opencast mine and also should have experience dealing with the labour, Govt. and local bodies.</p>
<p><strong>MINES MANAGER – DAWAS</strong></p>
<p>Should be a graduate in Mining Engineering and pass three mining examinations along with one-week Ktt training in Bandung.</p>
<p><strong>MANAGER – LIAISONING</strong></p>
<p>Any Graduate With an experience of 5-10 years in land survey and land acquisition. Shall be good in dealing with Govt. departments.</p>
<p>He should have hands on experience in fulfilling statutory requirements of Thermal Power Plant and Liaisoning with local bodies.</p>
<p><strong>GEOLOGIST</strong></p>
<p>Post Graduate in Geology with 5 years experience in detailed exploration and documentation process</p>
<p><strong>GENERAL MANAGER – POWER PLANT</strong></p>
<p>Incumbent should be graduate in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering (preferably with MBA) with 15-20 years of experience in development of Green Field Coal Based Thermal Power Plant of above 100 MW capacity in Indonesia.</p>
<p>He should have hands on experience in fulfilling statutory requirements and Liaisoning with local bodies, Project Management, Supervision of Erection, Commissioning, Operation&amp; Maintenance of similar capacity Thermal Power Plant.</p>
<p><strong>MANAGER – MARKETING</strong></p>
<p>MBA in Marketing preferably with 5 – l0 years of experience in granite sales and marketing.</p>
<p><strong>MANAGER – HR</strong></p>

Mine Engineer (MER-NOV)<br /><br />Responsible to design short term mine plan and supervising mining production activity.<br /><br />Requirements:<br />• Male, max 30 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.<br />• POP certified.<br />• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />2. Geologist (GEO-NOV)<br /><br />Responsible to interpret coal geological aspect (correlation, geological structure), supervise drilling activities, and well-logging result interpretation in the area of exploration.<br /><br />Requirements:<br />• Male, maximum 30 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).<br />• Have strong analytical thinking ability.<br />• Have good motivation and physical ability.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />3. Safety Supervisor (SSV-NOV)<br /><br />Responsible to supervise the implementation of safety &amp; risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health &amp; Safety management system and also perform inspection regularly at operational area including contractor in order to make safe operation.<br /><br />Requirements:<br />• Male, maximum 35 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree mining Engineering, Geological, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety/ Public Health, Mechanical Engineering.<br />• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries.<br />• Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001<br />• POP/ AK3 Certified.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />4. Mine Surveyor (MSV-NOV)<br /><br />Responsible to measuring, processing the data survey, and show the boundary pole of mining location to the customer.<br /><br />Requirements:<br />• Male, maximum 35 years old.<br />• Maximum Diploma degree geodesi, mapping &amp; Survey.<br />• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries.<br />• Have good motivation and physical ability.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />5. Sales Representative (SRV-NOV)<br /><br />The appointee will be responsible to achieve export sales objectives within product range or assigned districts; pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistic. Technical knowledge is essential.<br /><br />Requirement:<br />• Male, maximum 27 years old.<br />• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering.<br />• Having knowledge about coal quality and boiler machine is an advantage.<br />• Minimum 1 year experience as marketing on mining or coal trading company.<br />• Good looking, energetic and excellent communication skill.<br />• Proficient in English is a must.<br />• Placement at Jakarta.<br /><br />6. Product Quality &amp; Delivery Control Officer (PQC-NOV)<br /><br />Responsible to ensure coal quality product, quantity and coal delivery are meet with blending and shipment plan as customer requirement.<br /><br />Requirements:<br />• Male, maximum 35 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree (S1) in Geological Engineering or Chemistry.<br />• Minimum 2 years experience in coal quality, coal sampling and familiar with coal blending processes.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />7. Coal Processing Plant Supervisor (CPP-NOV)<br /><br />Responsible to manage daily operational of coal processing activities; coal haulage, weight-bridge, ROM, crushing plant and stock-pile to barge loading and ensure implementation of QHSE system and procedures.<br /><br />Requirement:<br />• Male, maximum age of 35 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.<br />• Minimum 2 years working experience in the similar position in coal mining industries.<br />• Have good analytical skills for control and problem-solving.<br />• POP certified.<br />• Have strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />8. Safety Superintendent (SSPT-SEP)<br /><br />1. Planning and ensure the implementation of company safety &amp; health program at Berau Coal operational area.<br />2. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of safety &amp; health program at Berau Coal operational area.<br />3. Implement contractor safety management system for all contractors at Berau Coal operational.<br />4. Perform continuous improvement in safety &amp; health program to get a better system so as to create a safe operation.<br /><br />Qualification:<br />• Male, maximum 40 years old.<br />• Bachelor degree mining Engineering, Geological, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety/ Public Health, Mechanical Engineering.<br />• Minimum 3 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries.<br />• Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001, Risk Management, Loss Cost Management, JSA, STOP, HIRADC.<br />• POP/ AK3 Certified.<br />• Other related safety certification would be advantage.<br />• Placement at Berau.<br /><br />All candidates must fluent in English, computer literature (min.
